The Progression of Bikeways Policy Change in Taiwan

This study examined the development of bikeway policy which was promoted by Taiwanese government from 2002 to 2021. Identifying degree and types dynamics, our analytical framework is based on that three detection indicators change, namely organization, legal framework, budget as proposed Hogwood Peters (1983).
